Cigarettes for Breakfast
Cigarettes for Breakfast is a Philadelphia shoegaze and dream-pop band that began as a bedroom project: lush, fuzzed-out guitars and emotive, wide-open songs in the line of My Bloody Valentine and Slowdive. One review hears an “ode to some classic shoegazers” in the opening track of Slow Motion (2025), noting a front person who wears the influence on their sleeve. The band is known for fuzzed-out, emotive live sets, and its newest release is colour wheel.
